springboard needed one place to track projects, owners, and deadlines that wasn't a shared spreadsheet. over the internship i built their project-management tool: a laravel api and a react front end, shipped to the team that uses it.

problem: work was tracked in a mix of chats and sheets, so nobody could say at a glance who owned what or what was late.
what i built: projects, tasks, owners, and due dates behind role-based access, with a board view for day-to-day work and a list view for the weekly check-in.
what i took from it: shipping to people who sit next to you. every rough edge came back the same afternoon.
