77% of filipino micro-enterprises stay informal because registering means five agencies, a dozen documents, and english-only pdfs. negosyonav turns that into a taglish chat: gemini extracts a business profile from code-switched filipino, generates a five-step roadmap for manila city, auto-fills the real government forms with document ai and pdf-lib, and matches the user to grants worth up to ₱1m.

problem: registering a small business in manila means five agencies, a dozen documents, and forms written for lawyers, in english. most owners never start, so they stay informal and miss the loans and grants that need a permit.
the chat: owners describe their business the way they'd tell a friend, in taglish. gemini pulls a structured profile out of that code-switched text: what they sell, where, how many people, and how they're paid.
roadmap and forms: the profile becomes a five-step roadmap for manila city, in order, with what each office needs. document ai reads the real government forms and pdf-lib fills them from the profile, so the owner arrives with paperwork done.
grants: the same profile is matched against public grant and loan programmes worth up to ₱1m, with the reason each one fits.
result: 1st place at innolympics 2026, and the source is public on github.
