- A small business gets the same questions all day across three apps. Answering by hand eats the owner's day, and answering slowly loses the booking.
- Replies
- A stateless reasoning service on Claude drafts each reply from the business's own knowledge base. A classifier decides whether it goes out on its own or waits for a person.
- Memory
- Each thread keeps its own session state, and long conversations are summarised and compacted, so a chat that runs for days still remembers what was promised early on.
- Branches
- Businesses with several locations get an agent, knowledge base, and reply templates per branch, and new features roll out one organisation at a time behind flags.
- Result
- The booking assistant cut operator handling time per booking by 45%.
